Good questions.
Are you a real estate agent?
No. We are not licensed real estate brokers or salespeople, and we don't do licensed work. We handle property access and logistics, like signs, keys, lockups, and vendor visits.
How do I know my home was locked?
We send you lock-up proof photos at the end of every visit. They're time-stamped and GPS-tagged, along with the rest of the visit report.
Are your REFs background checked?
Yes. Every REF passes a criminal background check before working in clients' properties.
Will you talk to buyers or answer questions about the house?
No. If someone asks about the property, price, or terms, we point them to the owner or the listing agent. We stick to access and logistics.
Who controls the keys?
You do. Keys and lockboxes are owner-controlled and kept separate from any MLS system. We only grant access you've approved.
How do you charge?
Flat or hourly fees, agreed up front. Book a la carte with no commitment, or become a Member for lower per-job rates. We never charge based on a sale or lease. Rates are still being finalized.
How far ahead do I need to book?
It depends on your plan. A la carte: at least 48 hours ahead, for jobs weekdays 9 AM to 5 PM. Member: at least 24 hours ahead, for jobs weekdays 8 AM to 7 PM and Saturdays 9 AM to 3 PM. Premium: no window, book anytime, including same day and weekends, subject to REF availability. Need something sooner or outside your hours? Book it as a STAT rush job for the rush fee, when a REF is available. Listing Pack trips follow your plan's window, or the a la carte window if you're not a member.
Can you store our signs?
Yes, for members. We barcode each sign, rider and stake to your brokerage and log it every time it goes out or comes back. Items stay the property of your brokerage, and we return them on request.
Can I change a job after it's booked?
Yes. Text or call our business line and we'll get the change to your assigned REF, even if they've already left. Premium members, or any job with the $10 direct line add-on, can message the assigned REF directly. Once the Agent Portal launches, you can do it right from the job page.
Can we meet before booking?
Yes. First-time clients can book a free, no-obligation meeting at their office or somewhere local. We'll go over how we work and get your account set up.
